1. Digital Products

All products sold on Norah Nawar Books are digital products (e-books with illustrated stories for language learning). Since digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting both our customers and our business.

2. Free Preview Before Purchase

We offer a free preview of selected stories from each book before purchase. We strongly encourage all customers to review the free preview content to ensure the book meets their expectations before completing a purchase. The free preview includes sample stories that represent the style, level, and format of the full book.

3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a book has been purchased and access has been granted. However, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing your purchased content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same book twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and the book title.
  3. Provide a detailed description of the reason for your refund request.
  4. If applicable, include screenshots or other evidence of the technical issue.

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase and content access
  • Failure to read the book description or free preview before purchasing
  • Dissatisfaction with the difficulty level (previews are available to assess level suitability)
  • Issues caused by the customer's own device, browser, or internet connection
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date

6. Pricing

All book prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are clearly displayed on each book's detail page before purchase. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees or recurring charges. Each purchase is a one-time payment that grants you permanent access to the purchased book.

7. Payment Methods

We accept payments through Tap Payments, which supports major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Mada, as well as Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Tap Payments' PCI DSS-compliant platform.

8. Cancellation

Since our products are one-time purchases (not subscriptions), there is no recurring billing to cancel. Once you purchase a book, you have permanent access to its content through your account.
